      <image:title>Aktuelt - Om testing i arbeidslivet - I mitt arbeid har jeg benyttet testverktøy i forbindelse med rekruttering, lederutvikling og medarbeideroppfølging gjennom mange år. Det er nyttige verktøy. I tilbakemeldingssamtalen reflekterer vi sammen med kandidaten over de ulike tendensene som vises i profilen.   Problemet med testene er ofte at det stopper med profilen. Sånn er du ....! Vi plasseres i en "boks".  Mange organisasjoner tar seg ikke tid til en god samtale for gjennomgang og veiledning på testresultat. Hva betyr det? Hvordan man kan jobbe videre med dette? Hvordan kan man jobbe med utviklingsområder og utøve selvledelse?</image:title>

      <image:caption>Enneagrammet lærte jeg om for noen år tilbake. Jeg har studert verktøyet inngående og har funnet stor verdi i modellen. Jeg lot meg umiddelbart begeistre, fordi noe så komplekst og vanskelig kunne gjøres så systematisk konkret og tilgjengelig. Jeg hadde lenge lett etter noe å bruke i kombinasjon med andre verktøy i utviklingssamtaler.  Enneagrammet beskriver 9 ulike mønstre hos oss mennesker. Modellen forklarer de underliggende motivasjonsfaktorer/ drivkrefter som ligger bak de ulike. Vi har flere av mønstrene i oss, noen dominerer oss mer enn andre.  Jeg kan trygt si at jeg møtte meg selv i døra gjennom typebeskrivelsene! De fleste som får Enneagrammet presentert første gang får seg noen kraftige A-HA opplevelser.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Lukker vi øynene for lenge uten å ta tak i det som ikke fungerer kan det få følger.  Det kan stoppe eller sinke fremdriften i prosjekter, hindre innovasjon og kreativitet, føre til feil i arbeidsprosesser, arbeidsmiljøet og virksomhetens omdømme kan svekkes da vi vet at frustrasjon er noe som ofte tas med hjem.  Virksomheter som har gode prosesser og systemer for å håndtere arbeidsgiveransvaret, har høyere endringskapasitet og er mer innovative (HR undersøkelsen 2020).</image:caption>
